If there was a negative review, I would certainly use it here. Despite a great welcome and reassuring start, I was not delivered the service as expected, I was billed for every mistake the co-ordinators had made and ended up losing thousands of dollars for payments for services well below the worst I had ever experiences in my 25 years of living in Toronto.
