We've been using Mercy since they were first built over a decade ago. I write this HOPING THAT MANAGEMENT READS IT. Mercy is still a good place...but the service has gone downhill and it's completely lost the "small town" friendly feel it had in the past. We take our dog to Bark n Stretch 2-3 times a week, usually on the way to work when quickness is crucial. What I don't understand, and what drives me crazy, is why it sometimes takes 15 minutes for our pup to be taken back when there's NOBODY IN THE WAITING ROOM & THREE...LITERALLY THREE, RECEPTIONISTS SITTING THERE BROWSING THE INTERNET.

Critical: Quality, Reliability, Value
Took our cat to get neutered recently. He was perfectly healthy prior, but came home badly infested with tapeworms. This echoes a similar event where our dog came home with a horrendous flea infestation after having been groomed by them. Beware. This place deserves to be shut down. I can only imagine how filthy their kennels are.

Had to kennle my pal scooby there for a week while I was finding him a good home. They were actually closing and their computers already shut down for the evening, yet they took him in. My dog fluke was a patient there. He had leukemia.sadly he passed away almost 2 years ago but had been going to mercy vet and he lived to be 15 years old.My 3 rescued cats also go there. Such wonderful people.

I was really happy with how fast they got my kitty in with a UTI and worked with me before doing procedures to see if I could afford them or not. The veterinarian and her assistant were very sweet an informative with how nervous I was in the situation also. It was a bit pricey but what vet clinic isn't so that was expected. It is easy to find and not far from the interstate.

I have taken my dogs to see them for over 4 years and have never had any issues paying for services. One of my dogs got into anti freeze and we had to rush her over. This was on a Wednesday. I didn’t get paid until two days later that Friday so I was willing to give them my credit card information so they could charge me Friday for services. They would not help my dog at all and sent her out in awful condition. Argo pet clinic was able to see her but unfortunately it was too late and she had to be put down. Argo was willing to let me pay for services two days later. They could have saved my dogs

Mercy is by far the best vet's office I have ever been to with my babies. They love on your animals as if they were their own. I am so at ease and comfortable while I'm here. I just brought my cat here after 11 years with a different vet. I literally live 1 min away from a vet we've been using for over a decade, but I would much rather drive 30 mins for the care and love we receive from this place. Each and every staff member has been helpful, loving, and intelligible. ❤

I showed up with no appointment. The Doc saw us within 45 minutes. The assistant and the doctor were so nice and knowledgeable. Blood and urine tests will be available the next day. I thought the price was quite reasonable. Oh, the young assistant complimented my 11 year old cat on her 10/10 behavior!

Everyone at Mercy was always so wonderful with our 2 Pitts Lucca & Chance. Over the last 10+ yrs they was always so kind and friendly with them. Sadly they have both passed away recently. And even through that they was so caring and understanding with them and us. To all the staff, thank you for treating them so wonderful over the yrs and if or when we get a new pet you will be our first choice again.
