Many lawyers provide incredibly similar services. Tom Logan is different. He is unique. No one has the same experience that he does: in over a decade of practice, he has defended people charged with crimes TWICE and he has been a prosecutor or District Attorney TWICE. As a result, he knows both sides of every criminal case incredibly well.
Mr. Logan is proud to provide strategic criminal defense in Bucks County and surrounding areas. Grand Juries are very old institutions, going back to colonial days and earlier English law. A grand jury is empaneled, or put together, to investigate crimes. The grand jury has the power to summon people to come to it, to testify (or invoke various privileges or immunities, discussed below), and to remain until dismissed.
Many criminal convictions result in an automatic loss of license (even when a vehicle is not involved in the crime, as in a drug possession case), and, unfortunately, it has been my experience that lawyers sometimes do not tell their clients that they will lose their license upon being convicted. The client then finds out about the suspension only upon getting a notice from PennDOT.
Mr. Logan has experience with many other practice areas and criminal defense cases including both Records Sealing and Citations & Tickets. Some folks are convicted of crimes and cannot get the record expunged, for whatever reason. This is unfortunate because a criminal record is a huge handicap when it comes to getting employment.

If you're looking for an attorney look no further. Tom is a great attorney who you can trust. He will be honest and up front about your case and will work hard to resolve it. I've had other lawyers and they all make me feel like I'm just another dollar sign as they will try to do the least amount of work possible but not Mr. Logan. He works hard to help come to a resolve that's good for everyone. 10/10 would recommend!

Mr Logan's work is super professional, always attentive, kind and he really fight hard to do what is best for his clients. Very compassionate and respectful. Despite spending months working with a case that also had the covid19 pandemic against it, MrLogan never showed a bad attitude and was always accessible for any question or appointment. Well, I have no word to describe this person, the first thing is that he treats you like a family member, he is an honest person, he speaks to you clearly about how things are and the results that he can obtain. to the point of facing 25 years for possession charge and conspiracy of 2 kilos of fentanyl thomas logan was able to avoid and negotiate for time served with a probation for 5 years excellent lawyer
