The increasing complexity of the tax laws makes it more and more difficult to plan for the accumulation, conservation and disposition of wealth. It would seem that Mr. Richter is advising our HOA Board of Director’s President to ignore the bylaws as they pertain to holding a Special Meeting and to not respond to the homeowners that are seeking that meeting. Mr. Richter’s fees are paid by the same homeowners he recommends to ignore.
