We were pleasantly surprised by our experience with takeout. Our only other experience at Newbolds was last winter, when we had eaten at the restaurant (outside). It was very cold, but the tent, patio heaters, and amazing margaritas kept us warm. And the service was good. But, neither of us were blown away by the food. Fast-forward to last night, and the food was stellar! When I entered the restaurant to pick up my order, it was on the earlier side, so the place was kind of empty. But I was greeted by friendly employees and a really lovely interior which makes me want to hang out at the bar next

I don't know who needs to hear this...but just went to Newbolds tonight..nicely designed place..but Newbolds Pizza is not good at all. The sauce is not good and neither is the cheese. Needs much work. If the Pizza isn't good I can only imagine what the other food is like..most likely not good. #2stars

Very impressed...the service is as good as anywhere is during these times, as everyone is understaffed. The food, however is excellent! I ordered the scallop dish, to determine if they know how to cook, and this was over the top. I also had the escargot, and it compared to what I had in Europe 4 years ago at a French festival....will definitely be returning!

We had a great time at Newbolds last evening celebrating my mothers birthday! We enjoyed outdoor seating, nice meals of burgers, the filet and a special kids meal they made for my daughter. Waiter was awesome, drinks were great and the owner stopped by personally to greet us. Very happy to have this little gym in our neighborhood!

I'm sorry I have to write this because I had high hopes. The start of my experience was great, the place is cute, offering both indoor and outdoor seating. We were seated right away and was able to put in our drink orders and then food. I must say the food is absolutely delicious but the service was anything but. At first I didn't notice but my friend did right away, for us things were different than the others around us, our time seemed "rushed", are you done, would you like that boxed...as if they wanted us out. Then my friend ordered a drink 5 minutes after we saw the waiter bring out a drink

We highly recommend this restaurant! It is like a high-end restaurant you would find in center city, but nestled quietly in the heart of Jenkintown. The food is out of this world and the drinks are incredible! On this particular night we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. When I made the reservation I requested the "little table in the window". Upon our arrival Jennifer had made a little "Reserved" sign to save the table for us! Our waiter, Cole was the absolute best! He treated us like royalty! He was so professional, kind and sweet! Between his service and the quality of the food and drinks
