March 2019 -They agreed to return and fix a leaking faucet they recently repaired. They did not show up. I called back to find out why and was told by a lady, who sounded like she was at home with screaming kids in the background, that she would find out what happened and me call back. She never called. Plumbing Pros is an unreliable company that provides poor service and performs low quality work. Buyer beware.

Loved their customer service, honestly and professionalism! I had a water main that burst and was causing water to enter the streets at a fast rate. I called another contractor first and felt like they were taking advantage of a situation. Then I talked to Julie and Wayne....they were super responsive and fair! They made an unfortunate event better by not taking advantage. Now because of their customer service, I'll be the first to refer them! Thank you to the both of you!
