I found Dr. Sam and David Ganji online and have been thoroughly impressed ever since. Their friendly attitude, attention to detail, and professional service easily make them my favorite dentists. The front office staff at Washington Dental tricked me into getting treatment that was not urgent and pressured me into signing for an unnecessary loan without billing my dental insurance first like we verbally agreed! Not only was the dental work inadequate, the staff was rude and refused treatment! I even called another dental office and spoke to their office manager and she said she would call them to see what really happened and get back to me. So far no response from her either. I am out of the state and a permanent bridge that was unnecessary removed and replaced with cheap materials, broke

Definitely recommend Washington dental with Dr. David ... great staff! Great facility! They definitely were able to accommodate due to my work hrs and did not have to wait a long time in the waiting room. I've been coming here since 2017. Very gentle hands coming from someone who is terrified of the dentist.. I'm not planning on changing anytime soon. 10/10

Patient Beware.. after reading a review from a month ago, I wished I'd done that prior to allowing them to service me and or my family as well as paying for my services. I came to Delta Dental a couple of years ago and as of recently have received the worst service of my life especially by the office manager Fabiola. The staff is unprofessional with handling urgent care needs and care only about money. I was in need of a surgery to remove my wisdom tooth, and they booked an appointment assuming my insurance covered most of it plus required a full payment of a deposit. However, it turns out the oral surgeon did not work with my insurance so I canceled the appointment and this dentist office KEPT MY $1,800+ DEPOSIT FOR MONTHS even thought the surgery was CANCELED. Went to small claims court and the judge ruled that their contracts breached the dental code of ethics. So much unnecessary pain & suffering with

Please read. In February 2021, Washington Dental misrepresented treatment costs for wisdom teeth extraction. My wife and I spent the following months trying to get back our full deposit for services never rendered but Fabiola stood by their 50% deposit contract despite us not having a mutual understanding of treatment and costs (she herself said that she didn't know how it was explained to us via email). I can't speak highly enough about the team at this office! I needed to have work done but my regular dentist had closed for the entire week before I was scheduled to start a new job. I really needed to take care of my tooth pain. Fabiola was able to get me in right away for an assessment and we were able to save my tooth as well as get a deep cleaning. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone so that they can all be taken care of as well as I was!

Overall great experience, entering the office I was greeted by the front desk. The process was seamless. The dentists are gentle, they communicate and are honest about treatment needed. They lay it out for you in their treatment plan and are great with scheduling. Two thumbs up, they are highly recommended in my book.

Such a great staff all around!!! I had an abscess and my former dentist was not able to take me right away, as I was in extreme pain and discomfort. Mind you, the abscess was so bad that not even ibuprofen would help. I called around to a few places and got immediate help with Washington Dental right away, as they took me the same day! I was seen right away and was prescribed antibiotics to help with my infection. I could not have asked for a better experience and really love the entire staff. This was overall the best experience I've ever had with a dental office, as I will continue going

Recently found this new office near the house and the service and prices are definitely affordable compared to other dental office in the area. Mind that the staff are friendly and knowledgeable!! Diana is very helpful as well as friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to answering a few questions I had for her regarding my mom teeth.
Safety: staff are wearing mask and gloves. They do provide sanitizer as well as limited patients visit. Highly recommend set up an appointment if needed.

Great job and super supportive staff! I had to get a lot of dental work done and still in the process of it but the ladies there have been so graciously accommodating. I have vertigo so I can't sit all the way back on the chair but they were very kind, patient and understanding about everything. I love this place and will be coming here for regular visits and others! Definitely recommend.
