I've been working with Mark and his team since 2013. He literally got me into wide format digital printing, kept me trained up and once I bought my own equipment keeps them running with service. . THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST-mark and his company is a rip-off. they send you bad products. ink was all exploded and the grommets he tries to charge 65 dollars and say it is a good self piercing grommet is ridiculous. the equipment sales and service is undeniable horrible and i would strongly suggest a better company to do business with than mark over at image tech in oakland california.

I've been working with Mark and his team since the mid-nineties and have never been disappointed. They handle all of my equipment repair as well as my traditional photographic and inkjet supplies. They can order virtually anything I need and carry all of my regular stock at their West Oakland warehouse allowing me to get supplies same day. I've also purchased several of my larger pieces of equipment through them and was very happy with the price and installation. If you're poking around online for photo parts or supplies, give these guys a shout first - you might be able to get what you need right

Imagetech is the supplier and service provider for the wet chemistry photo printers at the company I work with. Everyone that works here are fantastic people.
I even had to do some personal projects that needed die-sublimation printers and Ken was able to help me with all my questions. There was some rolls of paper that I ended up not using and he was able to credit me back for the unused rolls.
