In 1933, Charles Arnold, Jr. opened a funeral parlor in the old Tatlow building on East Jackson Street. With his eyes to the future, in 1935 Mr. Arnold moved to the new Arnold Funeral Home location at 402 West Monroe, where the business continued to grow due to the outstanding service provided to the families in Mexico, Missouri.
