A bit about me: My name is Melissa Jenkins, and I am a mom of 2 fantastic and sassy kiddos (that's them in the photo above). I love to play, laugh, and smile. I love simple, clean images. I love to smile. I love being around kids of all ages, and I have a sweet spot for the little ones who are just a bit naughty.

Services
Package 1 includes a beautiful canvas gallery wall. This gallery wall includes two 1624" gallery wrapped canvases, as well as two 1616" gallery wrapped canvases. The total wall space for the gallery wall is approximately 40x 32 (not including spacing). Client will select and approve the images to be used for their gallery wall.
June Bug Photography is located in the heart of Mill Creek, Washington. Our STUDIO NAME is Sweet Dreams Studio, and it is stocked with stunning props, backdrops, and more. Photographer Melissa Jenkins is drawn to neutral colors, soft textures, and all things vintage. You will be blown away by the collection available to use in studio!

We had the best smash cake / birthday photoshoot with June Bug photography. Melissa was amazing with my son and lives up to her reputation as a baby whisperer. Our experience from beginning to end was prompt and professional. I am also very impressed by the quick turnaround. Melissa goes above and beyond and we are so grateful for the memories she helped create. We'll cherish them for a lifetime!! Thank you!

Melissa was super patience with us, since our baby took some time to warm up to the photoshoot. She takes all the safety precautions when it comes to covid. I was felt super safe when I was there. We bought Package 3 for the cake smash and it was well worth the money. The family loved the photos and how it turns out. Will definitely come back for another photo session.

Melissa is a fantastic photographer! We had a cake smash session, and I loved how she handled my little one. She made him feel so comfortable and playful! That's one of the most important factors I look for in a photographer. And Melissa was amazing with him! I would recommend her in the Lynnwood/Mill Creek area! And definitely someone I would go back to for family pictures!

Melissa is a talented joy to work with. Her studio is lovely, her gentle presence is calming, and her ability to engage children (even difficult resistant toddlers) is magical. She is truly a baby whisperer as well. You do not feel rushed and she really spends time listening, and channels beautiful spontaneous creativity. She also has a plethora of props and outfits ... quite the collection. Can’t imagine there is anything she cannot create and it all turns out so eloquent and professional. She is extremely patient and kind. What a joy to work with! So grateful she captured our newborn/growing

Melissa is absolutely AMAZING! She has done our 2nd child's newborn, 6 months, and 1 year pictures and they have been absolutely fantastic! I only wish I had known about her for my older child! She's easy to work with and makes the process fun. We will definitely be returning for more family photos in the future!

I can't say enough how wonderful Melissa is to work with and how wonderful she made me feel at my maternity session!!! When I got married I struggled to find a photographer who understood the angles and posing of a plus sized bride and I was unhappy with my photos from that day. Now pregnant I was having the same worries and felt like I just couldn't love my maternity photos no matter who did them. I was so wrong!!! I had tears in my eyes when I received my sneaks, she made me look so beautiful! Even before I saw any finished images though, I left her studio in Mill Creek feeling so special

Melissa (Junebug Photography) is an AWESOME photographer in that not only do her photos look great, but she immediately puts you at ease, is well-prepared with props and ideas for poses, quickly executes a variety of shots, communicates well throughout the process, gets you the edited images very quickly, and gives you more than you paid for! I highly recommend her mini-sessions as an incredible value. She knows how to work with young children to get the best out of them and get the shots quickly before moods deteriorate. What more can I say? We'll be using her again without question.

This was an amazing photo session! We absolutely love Melissa. She is great with communication and just lets you be as relaxed as one can be trying to chase a 1 year old little man. We took our son and our whole clan, for the matter, for his first birthday photos and we are in love. We got every single request fulfilled. ABOVE AND BEYOND! We can't wait to see our photos so we can review her again about how amazing the photos turned out.
