After my frustration of not being able to reach anyone, Liz the owner finally reached out to correct the issue which I really appreciate. I finally got my deep tissue massage and she was amazing! She also offered a complimentary massage to make up for my frustration. I will now be a customer here going forward and will recommend their business. I pulled a muscle in my neck and shoulder and could barely move... I went on Yelp to do some research and find a massage therapist who uses doterra, and does cupping when I came across Inner Balance I decided to call and make an appointment. Liz was able to get me in and work on me the same day(thank you LIz) when I arrived she asked me a few questions and she had recommended I try a treatment called Bemer as well

Liz is the best! I originally was given a gift certificate by my parents to go to her in 2014. My mom thought I would like it because they also use Doterra Essential Oils wahoo! I called and booked with Liz. The place is a little difficult to find however it's just on the back side of the building. The place is sweet, quaint and comfortable with a little sitting area. Her cousin does facials (also 5 stars). After going to Liz for about 6 months she recommended cupping to help with my trigger points. I said sure anything to help. It is the best decision ever. I bought a great Christmas deal and when came in I had a terrible migraine and low back pain. I had my massage with Elizabeth (Liz). She was very nice, patient, confident and she knew exactly what she was going to do exactly as a dedicated professional knows what to do.
Good pressures on my back and neck. She relieved me from all the pains and also from that horrible headache, so 60 mins later I was feeling like another person!!
The salon its self is very clean, tidy, cozy and relaxing. Relaxing sounds and even a water fountain right outside the window which makes it much more relaxing and enjoyable

I bought my groupon here and requested for Kristyna while booking my appointment after reading through all good reviews from Yelp. Make sure to arrive 20 minutes early for two reasons. First 10 minutes early just to find parking spot. It is really slim picking. I got lucky after driving around looking for a spot everywhere. It is located next to a dentist clinic. As far as I remember there is only one treatment room(?). No front desk but just a lounge place to fill up your information. If you want to use restroom it is outside of the massage place. The second 10 minutes is to fill up paperwork

Making appointment process was easy. You basically call and leave a message and they call you back to set up the appointment. They have an online booking appointment as well but it was down when I went and checked.
Mark was the person who called and booked my appointment. The salon itself is very clean and calming. I had my massage with Kristyna. She was very nice and knew what she was doing. Kristyna gave me the best massage that I have had in ages. She suggested the focus be on my upper back and neck where my muscles were stiff. Her technique was perfect in working out the knots without (too much) pain. She checked in with me to confirm the pressure was comfortable for me. I felt like a new woman when I left there.
The salon is clean and relaxing. There is a fountain nearby and it creates a relaxing sound combined with the gentle music, and the aromatherapy oils with a perfect massage...nirvana!

Liz performed an hour-long deep-tissue massage. It was extremely effective in relieving muscle pain, stiffness and joint-immobility, and was far more effective than any previous massage I've received.
Liz is very friendly and her facility is clean and inviting. My massage lasted a full hour of hands-on time and achieved everything and more than I hoped for. Highly recommended.

In Newport Beach for work & family. Needed a massage and found this great deal on Groupon. Website is fantastic & had online scheduling. Location is close to where I'm staying, near Fashion Island. Great directions online: go towards Fedex & tailor, past fountain and it is next to dentist office on the left, grey door.

Found a groupon for this place and was a bit skeptical because I have had some bad experiences on other discount massage attempts. The outside doesn't look like much...however, it was one of the best massages I have ever had (60 minutes Swedish but was between a deep tissue with timely inquiries on the pressure). Can't say enough great things about it. I debated a 4 star rating due to the facility but the actual massage experience made me forget all that. Krystina is the therapist my wife and I had. I received a Groupon Voucher as a birthday present from a friend to this facility. I had previously been a member of Massage Envy, so I have experienced quite a few different massage therapists who all have different styles and techniques. I had 30mins back and neck massage and 30 mins reflexology, both were excellent. Liz was very knowledgeable about anatomy and had a fantastic touch, she checked several times if the pressure was good. The bed was warm and the soothing music calming, not irritating as can be the case in some spas. Would highly recommend Liz.

Although the 1st experience wasn't enjoyable, the 2nd one with Liz was super good. If you are planning to go here, I suggest you book it with Liz.
Liz is extremely nice and very dedicated to make sure everything fits your needs, including the pressure, temperature, etc.
I had a Deep Tissue massage with her, and she was well focusing on the exact right parts of my body, and the pressure she gave was just the way I loved it.
