It is our feeling at Tulsa Women's Health Care that each and every woman, her pregnancy, and her condition is unique and therefore demands individual and specific attention. This is seen in the detail of the new, independent office, the implementation of electronic medical records. The electronic medical record that we use is specialty-specific, designed for the unique office workflow of our practice.

The worst experience i’ve ever had in hospitality or doctors offices in my LIFE!!! I am an 18 year old girl who doesn’t have parents who care about her so i have to do everything on my own, live alone, pay my own bills, schedule surgery’s, pick up prescriptions, etc. Dr. sterling was kind, but whoever sits at the front desk or makes appointments and answers calls, needs to be fired or just never deal with human beings again. I’ve spoke to multiple women in the front and they just tell me a nurse will give me a call eventually. Surprise, to never get a call back from them. I have the “worst

Have had my appointment booked for THREE months because that was their soonest available appointment and they just called me a week and a half before my appointment (after i’ve asked off work and planned for it all this time) and moved it back another month because they said she booked a surgery that day. now i have to wait yet another month for answers.

This doctor's office does not return phone calls. Or maybe they pick and choose who to call back. Don't know. I called after hours once with a possible emergency, wanting Dr Black's opinion on whether to go to the ER, and I never got a call back. And then today, a Friday morning, I called to see about getting a prescription for an infection and never got a call back. When I called again this afternoon, I got a recording stating they are closed for the weekend. So now I can't treat my infection all weekend? Extremely unprofessional and obviously does not care about patients.

My honest review is that the Physicians assistant and the nursing staff are professional and trustworthy. The front end help seems all to be a bit disheveled and it seems to be a bit chaotic and unorganized. I was given wrong information. I was told I had to sit in my vehicle and someone would call me when to come in, and yet there were people waiting in the waiting area, so there's that. I was given information over the phone regarding the pellet like just give blood and the next thing you can get pellet. That's not true you need to meet with a doctor first, which makes sense. It just felt like

I've received excellent care for the past year. My OB is Dr. Sterling but we have also seen Megan multiple times and Dr. Rapp delivered my daughter. I first saw Dr. Sterling a year ago when my wife and I decided to try for a baby in my late 30s. We were pregnant within 4 months of our initial meeting and holding our daughter in < 1 year. The entire practice always treated my wife and I with respect. I could not be happier with my care.

I have been seeing Dr Rapp instead of my regular OBGYN this pregnancy due to insurance reasons. I have recently had a change in insurance and requested my records be sent to my original doctor. I submitted the request on 7/6/21 and it took them TWO WEEKS to claim they sent the paperwork on 7/21/21. I have contacted my original doctor’s office who has not received my file. I submitted another request today 7/23/21 and was told she didn’t want to print the file again because it was a lot of paper. I’m the meantime, my appt was cancelled and I have not been seen in over a month, am having lower

I called on 5/19 after getting a referral from the emergency room I visited due to a threatened miscarriage and was told I would receive a call from the doctor within a few days. I called back on 5/24 since I had not heard from them yet and was told the same thing. Every other time I have tried to get ahold of them I have been put on hold for hours and I keep getting bumped down in the order of calls. I was caller 3 two hours ago and now I am caller number 5. The communication has been terrible and it genuinely seems like they do not care about new patients at all. It’s now 5/31 and I still have

I love Dr. Black! She’s so sweet and I always have great appointments/ultrasounds with her! Also the phlebotomist here is AMAZING I get super faint around needles and I’ve had the best experience with him. I have hardly felt the needle when getting blood draws and he’s super gentle! Wish I could take him to every dr.appointment that requires a needle.
