We had a technician, Luis, come out to look at our air conditioner that had stopped working. The technician was not able to communicate well with my husband as he did not speak very much English. He did not have a mask, or offer to wear one either. Luis took apart the unit then told us the thermostat was bad. When we explained the thermostat would turn the heater on, just not the air conditioner, he became upset and combative. After getting his manager Ernesto on the phone to translate, they continued to say the thermostat was the issue.

Save your money and DO NOT CALL THEM. Yuniel (tech) came out 4 times and could not fix the problem. Ernesto (manager)came to evaluate the work after my complaint and told me that the PVC pipes do not to be glued or sealed to prevent water leakage. This is what caused additional damage to my ceiling and walls for the lack of attention to detail. I did not feel comfortable calling them ever again and called another company that was more reliable and professional while fixing the problem the first day. KEEP YOUR SANITY AND GO WITH ANOTHER COMPANY.

He's really really bad repair guy this company charge only for what he "THINK" and he didn't fix the problem we pay $360 for not reason we call someone else because he didn't answer the phone!!! I was super mad how they lie the clients we have kids and he not even care!!!! Before call this company think about it!!
