Dr. Palomini and his staff are all AWESOME. I take all four of my animals there and have never had a poor experience. They are all very sweet and loving with the animals. I received concise, clear and professional advice about the most reasonable or best courses of action.
I had one pup with a full TPLO surgery that went smashingly. I received very clear care instructions with consistent check ups from the office calling to see how she was. Another senior dog of mine had 26 teeth extracted with no issues.
I would absolutely recommend SANO. Loving, friendly, safe and efficient!

I love the staff and the doctor here! We are going thru the process of our little Luna, she has lymphoma . They take the best care of her! And whenever Kloey goes crazy on the rocks and rips a nail, the office is able to take care of her effortlessly.

I was with Sanos for 5-6 years. One of my dogs had a problem with his paw. It took 3 surgeries that basically crippled my dog and sent him down an unhealthy path. He couldn't walk without a limp.. eventually he died of a heart attack. Right before Potter died, I went into Sanos to see if he was ok(he had suffered seizures and it appeared he had had a heart attack). Despite my detailed description of what was going on, they sent me home and told me he was not having heart attacks. On my way home, my dog Potter died of a heart attack. The doctor told me he would pay for the cremation fees. That didn

Can’t. Say. Enough. Good. Things. Plain and simple: wonderful people and very reasonably priced. We have very large, very difficult dogs and the staff all work so well with our baby weirdos. They treat my animals with respect and look for simple solutions rather than pricey recommendations. Thank you Sano! We appreciate you!

I used this vet clinic for my cats and dogs for a few years, and things were fine, Then had the worst customer service imaginable from Kim there, and transferred my business to a better vet clinic. As a former vet tech, and career animal professional, her lack of professionalism was astounding. I would strongly recommend going elsewhere.

Thank you for saving my baby girl Everest when no one else would after a horseshoe pit stake went into her chest and tore her open. The compassion and care Everest received immediately from everyone was unheard of. Dr. Palmini was incredibly educated, caring and precise about the care of Everest. He made sure to take time to thoroughly help us understand her after care instructions and possible concerns. Cost was more than reasonable. After dropping her off I sat in my truck crying for a while. I couldn't drive yet. A staff member came to check on me and assure me Everest will be ok. You won't

I Wouldn't use anyone else in the Conifer area. I'm sure there are vets that are as good, but he has proven to be such a fair and honest person. Assisted us in many sad, and unfortunate situations professionally and with compassion. We have had sick dogs for over a year, he has bent over backwards to accommodate us in every aspect. I have used others in desperation, huge let down.

I would not recommend taking a pet to Sano. We were new to the area and took our lab there for a few months. Our lab was struggling with fecal incontinence. Vet said it was dementia. That didn't seem right and thanks to our dog sitter were able to figure out it was a spine/nerve issue. Began treating with CBD for dogs and the incontinence stopped. Went back to the vet and he said we were right. We should have left this practice then but sadly did not. Our lab stopped eating and was in pain a couple months later so we went back to the vet. He did some blood work, said it wasn't terminal

I'm reposting my honest review from a few years back since somehow it got deleted...
To all the Conifer people in regards to Sano animal hospital...Dr. Palmini is deceiving. After lying to my face about our pets, witnessing his employees at the bar drinking and then returning to work, and them calling Animal Control on our family for bringing our pets to him when they needed care I DO NOT trust him or his staff with my animals. I wanted to put this out there for everyone to see because we truly did trust Dr. Palmini for a long time and were appalled by the way he conducted himself to our

Our family dog is coming to the end of her life and we called to get some guidance and help possibly getting some pain meds until we could get her in to put her down. She's in so much pain she can't walk.
The woman who answered the phone was HORRENDOUS. Cold, short and completely emotionless towards our situation. She said she would leave a note for the doctor. We called back four days later after not hearing anything and the same woman's response was a hateful and emotionless "I gave him the message. He didn't respond."

I would not recommend taking your animals here. We took one of our cats here over a year ago, and spent thousands because Dr Palmini told us that he had done all the tests to determine if what she had was lethal, and he told us that what she had would not be life threatening. Well she wasn't ok, and we had to euthanize her when her red blood cell count went into single digits. It was horrible to see her suffering. Recently one of our dogs started showing lameness in relation to her legs. Dr Watson said he did xrays and that there was nothing wrong with her legs. Well we got a second opinion

Sano Hospital is caring and professional. They are open 7 days a week and always there for questions even if it is not a client. Knowledgeable, kind people in every aspect of the hospital. Dr. Palmini is always spot on. Experience and interest in his clients keep him on top of veterinary trends. I love this place.

We have been going here for 18 +/- years. Love the staff and Dr. Palmini. He always very kind, and I have never felt judged, even when the condition was due to my carelessness (such as forgetting to close a baby gate.) My dogs have always received excellent care here. Dr Palmini listens to our concerns, and explains his thought processes so that we can make informed decisions regarding our dog's care. They are also terrific when we need an urgent appointment. Dr. Palmini is great about returning phone calls and calling with test results.

Can I give no stars? Apparently not. I took my dog here on 09-01-2017 based on the reviews. However it was a mistake. Greeting staff is nice but no one expect to be yelled at entering the hospital..The reason of the visit was that dog threw up and was drooling with open mouth. Dr. Watson checked her, gave Cerenia injection and, prescription of Penicilin, Famotidine and said it'll significantly improve over night. I was told that it must be some poisoning since the throat looks infected. No improvement and I took her next morning back....I took dog back on 09-05-2017 and had to insist the hospital

Everybody was nice. The appointment was fast but I only asked if they would check out my cats ears to see if he had allergies. Well, he did but I was charged for a full cat evaluation and for them to check his ears. Not to mention the ear ointment which I found out after some research is practically Neosporin that they charged me $40 for. I guess if I had to go back I would but I'll known that I'll be paying $$$ like crazy.

We had a very bad experience. Dr. Palmini acted like he knew what he was doing but he did not do the correct procedure on our dog and if we hadn't taken our dog to a different vet his leg would have needed to be amputated or worse. His staff is unprofessional. I do not trust him and will never go back. I would highly recommend finding a different vet.
