Services
With aspirations of serving the community they live in, husband and wife veterinarians Dr. Kevin Inman and Dr. Liz Lawrence established Family Veterinary Hospital in 2010. Both Dr. Kevin and Dr. Liz graduated from Colorado State University Veterinary School in 2000. We are committed to the health and happiness of your companion.
At Evergreen Family Veterinary Hospital, we offer a full range of services to help your dog, cat, or pocket pet live a healthy and happy life. We tailor our protocols to your pet based on his or her individual risk factors. All pets are different, and puppies and kittens require treatment that differs from that of a mature pet.
Family Vet has partnered with local animal rescue and welfare organizations to help make a difference for some special small lives. We believe that part of our obligation as veterinary professionals is to show our appreciation for our education and share it with others. Our Junior Vet program allows youth from our community to come in and experience a behind-the-scenes visit in our hospital.
At Family Veterinary Hospital, you can expect state of the art medical care for your pet. We believe in nurturing the human-pet bond and creating a harmonious relationship between people and pets. You can expect to be greeted by a courteous receptionist, clean exam rooms, friendly doctors, and caring technicians.
1. Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service and minimizing cost, we do not bill. 2. We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) checks, cash and CareCredit (with a $200 minimum purchase). 3. When unexpected illness strikes a pet, unexpected expense strikes as well.

I can't say enough about Dr. Kevin and his entire staff!! THE most friendly and loving people around! Dr. Kevin is amazing, and he takes the time to know your pet as well as your family! Visits never feel rushed, which was my experience with some other vets. I would recommend Family Veterinary Hospital to anyone and everyone!!

Oh my! Game changer. We have been to so many vets, and my pup had been diagnosed with a very aggressive cancer. When I say terrified, he was/is TERRIFIED to go the vet. Our sweet doc at Family Veterinary Hospital came outside, on a patio to see him. He loved her. Everyone inside was amazingly helpful and sweet as well. So thankful to find our new vet!

We just had our first vet visit at Family Veterinary Hospital, and I couldn't be happier with our experience. The entire staff had excellent communication and went above and beyond to make sure that our dog had the best care. They also took great care and time to discuss their recommendations for our aging dog. The time that they took and the way that they listened to my questions instilled a lot of trust. We are so glad to have found a doctor and team that we can count on.

They are everything a pet parent could want in doctors! Honest, kind, compassionate with our fur kids.
We recently had to put our 16 yr old pup down, she was such a part of us. They took us into a living room setting and made us all comfortable - the most peaceful experience I’ve ever had in my 40+ years of being a pet parent.
Even more… recently they saved my old kitty mans life by removing his bad teeth so he will eat and not suffer in pain. He is happy and healthy again!
I could keep going - giving back to the community and so much life!

The vets at this hospital did not provide quality care or advice for my dog after he tore his ACL. They insisted on exercise to lose weight prior to TPLO surgery, knowing that his other leg was showing weakness in the ACL. They did not put him on a diet regime. This resulted in my dog tearing his second ACL. My dog now required $8000 worth of… surgery and the vets showed no compassion or good-will toward us. We ended up going to another vet who specializes in TPLO surgery and who told us that our dog should have been put on minimal activity and a special diet to lose weight. While we are
