Services
Taekwondo is one of the most systematic and scientific Korean traditional martial arts, that teaches more than physical fighting skills. It is a discipline that shows ways of enhancing our spirit and life through training our body and mind. Today, it has become a global sport that has gained an international reputation, and stands among the official games in the Olympics.
The health benefits from Martial Arts training are amazing. Our adult students find they increase their strength and flexibility. The tempered workout helps reduce stress and increase fitness levels. They gain a new sense of awareness as they become more confident in being able to defend themselves or their loved ones.

Children train alongside their siblings and parents or guardians, with everyone learning, sharing and growing while having the time of their lives. Master Choi runs an excellent program. Shortly after we enrolled our son, COVID-19 hit. I wasn’t quite sure how it would all work out, but I was pleasantly surprised at how Master Choi used online/virtual resources to keep his students active and involved. I was impressed. I still am. We’re in no way out of this pandemic yet, but Master Choi continues to make his students’ success a priority.

I am so glad we found White Tiger Taekwondo. It is our first experience with Martial Arts, and Master Choi is exceptional. He has a special gift when it comes to working with children. He commands respect, but does it in a nurturing and positive way. Through the COVID19 pandemic, he has risen to the occasion and done exceptional with virtual classes and bringing students back to the dojang. I highly recommend trying a class - you will not regret it!

I signed my 6 yr old daughter up for the trial classes last month and at first she was scared and timid but after a couple classes she was so excited to continue going! She loved the routines she learned and I see how she started becoming more open and outgoing just from the month she attended the classes. I wish I could afford the tuition but sadly we had to discontinue. I will keep White Tiger Taekwondo in mind for the future because Master Choi is a fantastic instructor and knows how to speak to these young kids very well!

My son is a student at White Tiger Taekwondo and LOVES it. Master Choi is so incredibly patient, but also is firm and makes them learn. Our son comes home every class and talks non-stop about what he had learned. I love the underlying lesson about respect in the martial arts teaching. Highly recommend this school. Lots of different class options and days. Very good for families and kids.

We signed my son up at White Tiger Taekwondo 1.5 years ago. Our experience has been nothing but wonderful! Master Choi truly cares about his students and pushes them to be their best! I have seen a wonderful improvement in my son’s confidence and strength. I whole heartedly recommend White Tiger Taekwondo and Master Choi!

Our kids have been members of White Tiger for just over a year now and we have nothing but good things to say. Our 5 year old started with Master Choi when he was 4 and it wasn’t long before our daughter signed up as well. They both love the program and are developing great skills. I would definitely recommend White Tiger Taekwondo Academy for both children and adults. My family and I have trained with Master Choi since October 2017. Master Choi is excellent with children, very patient, and will teach them valuable life lessons, such as focus, discipline, and hard work. As for adults, especially busy parents, taekwondo training is also a family bonding experience, a great form of exercise, and a great way to meet new friends.

My daughter has been attending WT TKD for almost 2 years, she started out as a little tiger and has moved up to a red belt (11 belts). She loves going to class, earning stripes, and nunchaku training. Master Choi is not only a TKD master but his teaching style and classes are a perfect blend of fun and discipline. Master Choi also keeps the classes challenging for the younger and older adult students. I highly recommend checking out White Tiger Taekwondo.
