In 1973 Richard Cardoza and his family moved to a small farm south of Kuna. Shortly after the move they lost everything when their farm house was destroyed in a fire due to faulty wiring. After months of arguing with his insurance company and agent regarding a settlement Richard was at his wits end, he decided to study hard, get his license, and become an insurance agent to prevent others from having the same frustrating experience.
