Unbelievably great experience! We had a slight leak near the chimney due to lack of/old flashing. I called Melvin on a Thursday as I wanted to have the problem fixed before the next substantial rain. He emailed me a quote two hours later. The quote was far less than another quote I received from another business. He then called and scheduled us to have the roof repaired the very next day.
The professional roofer who worked on the issue was on time, answered any questions I had regarding the process and what he was going to do/had done, and took his time to ensure the work was done properly. I

Lancaster Roofing Co put a beautiful metal roof on our city home. While other roofers tried to tell us it couldn’t be done because access to our property was limited or that the project was too small and complex to be worth their trouble, Lancaster Roofing Co had no trouble at all. Melvin is nothing short of FANTASTIC. He helped us out in a pinch by coming to inspect the roof on a property we were buying during a brief contingency period. He provided a thorough inspection report and estimate to fix the required work.
Beyond this, his warmth, flexibility, and excellent customer service had us feeling well taken care of. We will be calling Melvin shortly to do the repair work needed.
