Moser Roofing did an excellent job installing a new Duro-last roof system over our existing roof at the Elizabethtown Fire Department in 2015. We have had no major issues since the roof was installed. Minimal warranty work has been quickly taken care of over the past 6 years. Their team was very professional and got the job completed on schedule and for the original budgeted cost. I would highly recommend Moser Roofing for commercial roofing projects in the future.

AEI Capital Corporation has used Moser Roofing for a preventative maintenance program for a number of years and had nothing but positive experiences with them. They inspect the roof twice a year to ensure the roofing system is intact, properly sealed and free from organic and other debris that may affect the weather tightness of the system. They ensure the gutters are clear, provide feedback on damage caused by other trades who were on the roof, they report on the condition of the exterior building envelope sealant and also the storm systems. I own a 7000 square foot building in Allentown Pa, which houses a dental office and I had the the roof maintained and repair for several years (25) by a local company, over the past year it started to fail and I knew it was time to replace with a new roof , I selected Moser Roofing Solutions for several different reasons. Feith Systems and Software, Inc. have had problems with the existing roof which was 22 years old. I've spend many day trying to find and patch leaks. After scheduling an appointment with Moser Roofing their rep came out to our location in Fort Washington Pa. took core samples of our roof and gave us advise on the best scenario moving forward . Looked over samples of the Duro-Last materials. We chose the best material for our project.
