I found them through my medical insurance as they were listed as an "in network" provider that was accepting new patients. I reviewed their website and thought that they would be a good fit for my needs and phoned to make an appointment. When speaking with their admin person, everything seemed to be going well as she asked several questions about my situation and needs. That was until she asked how I heard about them and I explained the referral was from my insurance. She confirmed that they did take that insurance, however at that point, the tone in her voice changed and she sounded like she was
