I was quoted a low price by someone that answered the phone And asked to bring in my previous year taxes.The preparer of the taxes was not knowledgeable in the few things that was the reason I had gone to a professional for advice. She had to go and ask for the information. After doing the paperwork and filling out my forms with them I was told it was going to be a lot higher. Since I wasn't familiar with going tax prices I was really disappointed. I was handed all my current tax papers but not my previous ones that were in an envelope when I decided to leave. They didn't bother to call

Brian & Ruthanne were extremely helpful and went above and beyond with helping me with my taxes. I have been going here for 2 years now, since opening my LLC, & they have always been timely & easy to work with. I initially showed as delinquent, thought it was an issue with their filing, so they dug into it and identified the reason, which was unrelated. Brian even gave me detailed instructions for how to fix the issue. I highly recommend them!

Wouldn't ever recommend anyone use them for either taxing or accounting. Impossible to reach one person or the other and when u do AND decide NOT to do your taxes with him Brian states you WASTED his time for an hour. Long story short don't waste Brian's time he'll make it known. Go to someone who will appreciate speaking to their clients and actually answer when they call.

So I called this place first to see if they had availability for a walk in because I work 8-5pm and its hard to get sh## done...Anyway, called and when I asked she just laughed and said, "There's no way." She didn't even try and offer to make an appointment. Being in the business of customer service myself, it's always about what you CAN do not what you cannot do.

My wife and I needed to get our taxes professionally done this year and Paul Reuter at Expert Tax & Accounting was recommended to us. It was a great decision to go there. Paul was very helpful and knowledgeable and completed and filed our returns in a very timely manner. Staff was friendly and helpful as well. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I was tired of name brand, do it yourself tax software, not satisfactorily addressing my situation, so I set out to find a good CPA based tax service. After a thorough online search, I called and made an appointment with Expert Tax & Accounting in Tempe. Everyone I have had contact with there was very pleasant and professional. Paul was very upfront with the fees for my taxes. He worked very diligently to ensure I would get the best tax refund, I was due. Highly recommend Expert Tax! They are extremely knowledgable and I was in and out in an hour. I also had 2 state taxes to complete and confusing deductions that I thought would have me there for 2+ hours. I will definitely be back next year and also have referred my coworkers to make appointments here as well!

My husband and I have been getting our taxes done here for 5 years now. Brian had always made the process easy and tried to make sure we were in the best situation financially. This year are taxes were more complicated as we started a business last year. Brian was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He also gave us great advice to help us prepare for next year. We have had Brian as our Tax Consultant for quite a few years now. He is very honest, courteous, and explains the tax laws so we can understand them. We always make our appointment a year ahead and they are very good at reminding you of your appointment so you don't forget when the time comes. The office staff is very accommodating and friendly and everyone is very easy to work with. Our taxes get done the day we have our appointment and they are filed electronically so we have nothing to do to ensure our tax information is sent in. This was truly a great accounting-related experience. I found Brian based off his good yelp reviews, and right away found him to be very kind, and knowledgeable. Coming in, I had a variety of accounting questions which he was easily able to answer for me. When I went in to meet with him, I sat down right across from him as he prepared my taxes, I was pretty well prepared so the process was easy. It was also very cool seeing what he was doing as he was doing it (never saw my accountants do that before). Within about an hour and a half, I had everything done, and taxes ready to go.
