Aspen Realty Group LLC was formed by Glenn Stavens, a 25 year veteran in the mortgage industry. Glenn wanted to move out of the "Corporate" environment and take what he knows to the street. Through his business "life-span" he has worked in almost every area of real estate.
From a loan officer which has enabled him to fully understand the lending process, moving on to being the manager of a property valuation company that gave him the tools to understand how properties are valued then on to owning a Loss Mitigation Company that specialized in Modifications and shortsales to eventually becoming a Portfolio Manager where he managed and sold thousands of bank-owned assets.

Glenn has been in the real estate field for over 25 years. He has worked in all facets of real estate and has a great understanding of the industry. His mission is not to be the biggest real estate firm but rather strive to be the best. His wealth of knowledge and commitment to customer service has helped Aspen Realty Group grow.
Tony has been a full time agent for over 17 years. He has worked for some of the biggest firms in Connecticut and has come to learn that bigger is not always better. He moved to Aspen because of the personal connection that Aspen promotes. With Tony: once a client, always a client. Many of Tony's sales are repeat buyers and sellers, a testament to his commitment.
Tina enjoys working with Buyers, she has the patience and expertise to guide them through the intricacies of the process including all the paperwork involved with the home purchase. Tina is a REALTOR, has her ABR (accredited buyer representative), SFR (short sale and foreclosure specialist and CFPS (certified foreclosure and short sale specialist), she has been in the real estate industry since 2001.
Susan has been a "Realtor" for over 30 yrs and has held many roles within real estate industry. Besides marketing and selling real estate in her community she has held jobs in the following area - REO Project Manager, REO Senior Asset Manager, Relocation Property Specialist. Susan is licensed in the State of CT and RI and is a graduate of the Real Estate Institute.
Nancy began her career as a full time Realtor in 1997 and over the years has worked with Sellers and Buyers to market, sell and close properties. Finding the Buyer or the property is only the beginning, getting through financing, inspections and bumps in the road is the challenge. Nancy is an experienced skilled Realtor, with resources, dedicated to making your dreams come true.

I have referred many friend to Aspen because of a great experience working with the principal, Andrew. Andrew is a personable, honest, and will always do extra for his clients. Andrew and his team helped see me through every aspect of a home purchase. Andrew was knowledgeable about local markets and current trends.
