First of all, the guy named Curt that left a comment about walking into a "third world country" is completely rascist. Im absolutly blown away that someone would be comfortable saying that in a review.
Never have had an issue here. Cleanings always go well. The Doctor is direct about the care of your teeth and honest. Has always got me referrals for any surgery that needed to be done. This office does fine work, receptionists are nice and ive always felt welcomed amd comforable at the office.

Went there for tooth pain diagnosis and cleaning. Great staff and facility. They told me I needed a root canal and referred me to an endodontist. I got a second opinion and turns out no root canal needed at all. A simple crown was all I needed. I would have wasted a lot of money had I listened to them.

I finally got dental insurance! They gave me a $4500 benefit. So, after dealing with the same poor fitting dentures with chipped teeth, I excitedly made my appointment. 5 months later, I am hoping to get my new (cheap looking plastic) dentures tomorrow. I asked if they had an inhouse lab, and was told yes, it takes about 1 week. (The first lie). Then, I kept going back every 3 weeks for another wax try in. The teeth continued to be tilted far inward (uppers) and the lowers set way higher on one side than the other. Eventually, after talking down to me on multiple occasions, the Dr. Zee changed

It’s a nice building and the dental assistant was very nice and helpful. But, I didn’t feel like I got the best cleaning while I was there. The dentist wasn’t very helpful with the pain that I have with the back of my teeth. And she just didn’t seem very friendly. I won’t be going back. Very disappointing.

Zero wait time, friendly receptionist, but the dental assistant that worked on my braces was never kind or explained any of what they were going to do that day.. at my last appointment she forgot to put rubber bands on my brackets. I didn’t notice until I was all the way home, which was an hour away. Dr. Zee had terrible bedside manner and never spoke a word to me only to her assistant. I originally came here because someone had recommended them, but I would not recommend them for your orthodontic purposes. Other than the fact that they're closed on Fridays, I haven't yet really found anything I dislike about ADS. They're literally the ONLY dentist in Springfield that accepts my insurance (and I mean that LITERALLY). For the most part, they've been friendly and attentive every time I've gone in. Only had ONE appointment where I waited 15min past my appointment time but Im not going to fuss because that happens from time to time. They're clean and organized and are flexible around my schedule. Again, I don't really understand why they're completely closed on Fridays...but other than that not much to
