Our Executive Chef Michael Hagerty began working in the kitchen of the Sacramento Convention Center more than 25 years ago, but he learned his way around the kitchen long before. Chef Mike's great grandfather had a restaurant in San Francisco in the early 1900's and the culinary torch has been passed through the generations.
Yes, banquet facilities at the Sacramento Convention Center are secured through the Convention Center Booking Offices. Catering service is provided by Classique Catering.
