Tina or Gena who answers the phone was just very rude and interupted me while I was trying to explain a situation. And trying to get a appointment for my son and I. She told me she had me on speaker and everyone in the office could hear me when I told her she was being rude... is that patient confidentiality? Then proceeded to tell me she had patients in the office and hung up. This is the worst customer service I have ever recieved!!!

Totally unprofessional, total no help, acted lost, like she got her license from jack in the box.. she had just woken up out of bed, and was not put together at all. She was already downing my relationship, and it was very unappreciative, she needs more counseling education! If that's what she calls her self doing. I want a refund

A welcoming environment with consummate professionals who are knowledgeable, empathetic, and committed to their clients. I've had the privilege of seeing two counselors here over the past few years and they were (and are!) both phenomenal. The front desk staff is always kind, helpful, thorough, and efficient! My experiences here have been crucial to my overall well-being and the evolution of my mental health.
