The foundation of this practice is the Lord Jesus Christ. We must abide in Him and He in us if we are to have hope for peace and healing in our lives. Our philosophy is that nothing is impossible with God and that God is the author of all truth. Because He created us and He knows us, He knows what we need.
If we are to make changes in our lives, He will have to be a part of that process (John 15:5). Life can be overwhelming and push us beyond our limits. If you feel overwhelmed and would like help in your journey toward healing, please seek help before a situation becomes a crisis. Psalm 1:1 tells us we should not walk in the counsel of the ungodly.

I got a lot of sympathetic nods, but I didn't feel I was given any tools that I couldn't find with a quick google search.
Also I noticed that, after not scheduling for a few weeks, I didn't receive a single follow up email or call which implied to me that I could come or go as far as they're concerned. Had better luck with the Better health app, found a great experienced counselor who checked in, and gave me
