Our online pharmacy allows you to get pet meds, Rx food, and regular high quality pet food delivered right to your door.
If our offices are closed we are recommending UT Veterinary Teaching Hospital for emergencies (open 24/7). For routine issues that do not requires hands on diagnostic testing or treatment we can do telemedicine appointments via phone and facetime. We are able to accept Apple Pay, online and over the phone credit card and debit payments.

I have been taking my pups to Smoky Mountain Animal Clinic for years now and I can’t imagine better care for them, anywhere else. Everyone, from front desk to the veterinarians are truly compassionate and caring. We’ve had some tough appointments but I have never left an appointment knowing less than when I came in.

Dr Hill and her Staff are wonderful. They have taken care of our fur babies for about 4 years now. Today we had a visit that was unexpected on both ends. The staff took us right in when we just showed up because we were worried about the girls. They had gotten sick while on vacation and wouldn’t eat and had diarrhea and vomiting and very worried parents. They were given very through care. Had to have labs and fluids and a variety of medications. The entire staff made us feel better. We are very appreciative of them all.

I think they’re great in general but their groomer gave my two Shih-tzus the best groom they’ve ever had, and that’s a lot of grooms. One of them is 14. Others have said the dogs were difficult and one even left the older dog’s face uncut but this groomer said she had no problems. They were happy when we picked them up and looked great! Super groomer gave them exactly the trim we requested. Thank you!

I'd like to give a HUGE Shoutout to the staff at Smoky Mountain Animal Clinic in Seymour, TN. Rosie's heart stopped beating as we pulled into the parking lot and they all rushed out, scooped her up and tried so hard to save her. From start to finish they were amazing, and more importantly, extremely caring, especially since this was the first time we had been there. I called my vet who couldn't get me in with my dog Flash, today, who is 16.5 years old ( bleeding out of his nose), but they recommended I call Smokey Mountain Animal Clinic. They got us in in about an hour from the time I called. My whole experience with them was great from the front desk to the tech /nurse; and I really loved Dr. Laviola who was very informative, friendly and professional. I think I found us a new vet clinic! Thank you all very much!

We have a rescue dog who is extremely nervous.
The Smoky Mountain Animal Clinic staff are patient and calm with her. Everyone is friendly. We boarded our dog, for the first time ever, and Smoky Mountain took great care of her. I felt so secure knowing she was being well taken care of by knowledgeable and caring people.

Dr Hill is amazing and I trust no one more to care for my cats. Not only does she offer intelligent explanations but also true compassion especially thru the toughest of times. She goes wayyyy above and beyond. The staff is always pleasant and kind as well. Absolutely worth the drive from Knoxville.

My furbabies have been going here for 11 years. The vets, techs, front desk staff, everyone I've dealt with has been kind, compassionate, and loves animals. My dogs get so excited when I tell them we're going to see the vet. They are a little wiggly and hard to handle because of excitement, and both hate getting their nails done, but the staff is very patient with them. The vets are very good at explaining what they are doing, ask before doing additional testing, and talk frankly about my pet's conditions and treatment options. We won't go anywhere else.

I can not express how much I love this place and the people that work there. We recently had one of fur babies fall ill and they were incredibly kind with us in the most scary moments. Our little boy ended up passing away and the amount of love and kindness they showed us was amazing. We will never take our remaining littles anywhere else.
