There are separate waiting areas for dogs and cats to ease some of the stress for both the patient and client. We also have a feline only exam room, equipped with Feliway pheramone plug-ins.

Services
Dr. Leah Wulforst was born and raised in Oyster Bay, NY. A small historic town on the water, but also a short train ride from New York City. She was able to help at the family farm stand, go to beach on the weekends, snowboard upstate, or go visit the Museum of Natural History. After starting a family, they wanted to slow down, but still wanted diversity.
Wellness exams are recommended every 6 months as our pets age, or more frequently for chronic disease. For some conditions, early detection may help improve outcome, or prolong a more comfortable quality of life. For other conditions, routine monitoring, such as blood work, is important to help gauge progression of disease and whether other treatment options may be appropriate.

I could not ask for a better, more dedicated vet to take our furry loved ones to! Dr. Norman has gone above and beyond to make sure I am always informed on exactly what is happening and why during the visit, she takes her time to answer all questions thoroughly, and she has even checked up on our new puppy over weekends when he was sick. This team is beyond kind and professional; I could not recommend Riverside more.

I’ve been coming here for years, Dr.Norman and Dr.Leah and their team are so amazing words cant describe. The compassion and understanding they have for my babies is unreal and I don’t know what I would do without them. No question ever goes unanswered and no one ever leaves without some treats and pets. Thank you to the riverside team a million times my babies and I really love y’all so much.

Dr Erin is absolutely amazing! She loves my dogs dearly in the short time I have been taking them there. Baylee and Scooby are in the best hands. The entire staff there is indescribable and a life saver! I will forever take my animals to this Clinic. thank you all for your love of animals and such a great and safe place to take my babies!!!!

My Meeka only visited Riverside a few times but she was a really good patient for them. we unfortunately had to have her put down last week and they were all very supportive and compassionate to us. Dr. Norman… went step by step and gave us time with Meeka. They even sent us a card with Meeka's paw prints on it. Very sweet. They loved her like we did and I would recommend them to anyone who loves their pet. 🐕🐾❤
