This business owner could do better by honoring her word. I am in favor of small business owners because I think they provide a necessary value to the market, however,, when you say you are going to do something, do it! In my mind, particularly, small business owners should ALWAYS look to demonstrate care and respect for their customers over profit, given that their value could easily be replaced by competitors.
