All technicians in your home have an extensive background check performed and are randomly drug tested for your safety. You will save a minimum of 30% on your heating and cooling costs or we will refund double-the-difference of your savings not realized during the first year. If we do not have your new system operating by the date promised, we will pay you $500 for your inconvenience.

Called their office to get information on the different models and pricing they carry. Unfortunately the lady that answered said they had no one in the office to answer those questions and would have to set an appointment to come to my house?
If you sell a product and have an office please have someone that can speak with potential clients. Everything does not require a home visit and wasting everyone's time.

Really can't rate because I never get the same service man. But I can tell you one thing in September everything was good on maintenance check now today they want me to pay almost$500.00 to clean my system that I pay a maintenance fee every year of between $100.00 & $200.00 for. Plus I paid over $1000.00 to have warranty on parts and labor for10 yrs. I feel like Integrity is a money pit. Not happy😡

From the beginning they were the friendliest on the phone and in person. They called and confirmed the day before and sent txt message when the technician was in his way. The technician was very informative and thorough. I would highly recommend this company. I have used others in the past but this company’s name says it all. The best experience with an AC company ever. Wish I would have found them years ago.
