Our founder, Frank Garcia has worked and studied HVAC/R his entire adult life. He has an Associates of Applied Science in HVAC/R and he is a N.A.T.E certified technician. Mr. Garcia prides himself on hard work and his clients never know when the owner himself will show up at their door for an appointment.

Thermal Heating and Cooling is centrally located in Spring, TX, and provides services to all surrounding areas including but not limited to The Woodlands, Conroe, Tomball, and Cypress. Our professionally trained HVAC specialist service and install all major manufactured air conditioning and heating systems.
If you decide to replace, we will do a load calculation, which is a computer printout showing how big a system you need and why. New variable-speed air conditioners' compressors operate at different speeds depending on the need for cooling. Rather than being only 100% on or off, they have several different speeds.

Danny arrived on time. He was very professional and I felt he was being honest about the work that needed to be done. I did not realize that carbon monoxide was leaking through a coil, that God knows who put duck tape around it. Danny went to retrieve the part needed. I hardly come across service contracts that I'm impressed with. I was surprised and impressed when I spoke to April at Thermal Heating and Cooling. I messaged her on Facebook Messenger and we went through the whole process mostly via chat! She was very responsive, provided me an amazing rate for our AC coil replacement, considered all my requests, and kept me updated throughout the whole process. The technicians who replaced the coil did an incredible job - kept me updated of the arrival time, were considerate and cleaned up very well - it's like they were never here! Next time I have

Our AC broke, Saturday Memorial Day weekend! Within 2 hours of contacting April for help, we had our unit fixed. Fast excellent service! 10/10 would recommend. We will be using them in the future. I told April what was wrong and she was very educated with her thought process. What she figured was wrong was actually wrong. This company is awesome!!

My ac went out a few months ago and they went out of their way to provide affordable repair options. The repair was done quickly and has worked perfectly since. The other companies I had out for quotes only wanted to replace my entire system, which is just not an option right now! So happy I found Thermal!!

Great customer service from start to finish. I noticed a change in temperature in my home this week. I messaged them on Sunday evening and received a quick reply with contact info. Called Monday morning and was given a few trouble shooting tips and scheduled an appt. Frank came out within an hour. He checked it out, took pictures and let me know what the problem was. He fixed my problem and my home is back to cooling like it did before. I found him to be friendly, professional, and well informed. Based on my experience I would recommend their services.
