Marisa oversees all Office Operations and has been involved in dentistry for the past 40+ years. She grew up in the dental field, working for her father (a dentist) during her summer breaks from school. Marisa has been an assistant, receptionist, bookkeeper, and office manager. She graduated from Westchester Community College as a Certified Respiratory Therapist and worked at WCMC for 15 years.

I'm submitting this review as a follow up on the quality of work that was done and how it's held up. I saw Dr Lerner in 2016. I had my amalgam fillings removed and had a filling replaced that I had between my front two teeth. Now the amalgam remediation was done well. I would give 5 stars for that process. All the precautions in place and they were very careful and I had a good experience in the office. I moved to the west coast in 2017, and in 2018 one of the fillings fell out so I couldn't go back to Dr lerner to fix the problem. Needless to say, I was very irritated, but thought oh well, these

I was delighted to find the holistic practice on-line as I am a recent transplant to Westchester. I was most grateful to receive an appointment right away for my minor cosmetic emergency with the need to reinstall a cap for a front tooth. I was very pleased with the warm and friendly atmosphere and the skilled handling of replacement. I am looking forward to my future appointment.

Dr Lerner and his practice changed my life for the better by addressing my TMJ issues. Under Dr Lerner's guidance, his staff is amazing: Maria is working with me extensively with my TMJ. Kirsty is currently administering my myrofunctional therapy. Erica and Doni at the front are great also!

It was very difficult for me to make the decision to replace my two front teeth caps that had metal and mercury in them. I am a Fench horn player and my two front teeth are an integral part of my ability to perform.
Today went so well -- I had no idea how easy it was going to be --- thanks to Doc Lerner and his staff -- wow. No more harmful metal in my mouth and looking forward to my permanents being ready in a few weeks. In the meantime back to playing my horn! Thanks and gratitude to all at the Center for H.D.!!

Dr. Lerner and his team are are the best of the best. Their holistic approach puts them in a totally different league then other dentists and has allowed me to truly optimize the health and my mouth and teeth. Great first experience! Erica & Dr. Lerner were lovely, informative and thorough. Dr. Lerner explained the course of action that will start with correcting my bite, which may end up helping some debilitating joint pain I've been experiencing and certain sleep issues. Looking forward to feeling better and having a more efficient bite.

This is not your average "Drill and Fill" dental practice! Dr Lerner is a true Holistic Dentist who addresses not just teeth, but the mouth and body as a continuum. He is always attending seminars to stay up to date in techniques and trends. Your face is in really good hands, mine has been for almost 25 years.
