Have been using this company for multiple years for my Choir's T-Shirts. They have always been very professional and the products have been high quality. They have also always been delivered at or before the delivery time they have given. I will be continuing to use them as long as I am teaching in the Austin area.

Easy website to use and they answer questions pretty quickly. They are very responsive with orders. We visited their shop as well where they allowed us to try on the shirts we were interested in to see if they fit. They then would put the order in for us even if we didn't use their services for screen print or embroidery.

James at RockSports has gone above and beyond to make our 8th Grade CTMS shirts a complete success from beginning to end. James took our crayon looking sketch and transformed it into a perfect shirt design. The quality of shirts they use are great as well. No job is too big or too small for him. I would give 0 stars. I called and asked if they take personal items and i was told yes. I brought about 8 items in and they messed almost all up. They fixed some and made them even worse. Got names wrong on wrong items, did colors wrong. When picking the items up James told me he does not normally take personal items. This was not told to me. He also said he usually lets people pick their own colors but I did not have that option. He would not reimburse me for the daughters swimsuit that they messed up. The color is wrong and there are now holes in it. He told me it was the best they could do

Initially I was skeptical about bringing my business to RocKSports, but I was desperate and needed my screen printing and embroidery done quickly. I called in to the store and spoke with James, he explained the art just as I envisioned. Unfortunately, I never met James, but he provided a far better service than I expected from reading the reviews + a lower price than we discussed over the phone. Katie greeted my son and I on our 1st visit to drop off our gear. Katie was extremely pleasant! When discussing the details she told me truth, not just what I wanted to hear. RockSport completed my order

I found this company with a Google search. After comparing pricing with online, Etsy, etc., I called and spoke with someone about how much it would cost roughly for 8 shirts for a bachelorette party (I know, so much fun). I asked for price matching in order to shop local, but they ended up having roughly the same pricing albeit slightly higher for gold foil lettering.
PROS: They only charged me for 8 shirts, they were ready by the date I needed them, and Joe Looze who worked on them replied via email quickly. The gold foil text looked good.

So disappointed! I ordered 50 shirts with a deadline of Wednesday for a local high school cross country team (was passing them out at practice Thursday morning). Wednesday afternoon I got a call saying the wrong shirts came in, but they were the same price so could they just use them. On a deadline, I said ok. But no way to get them done that day, but he could do them overnight and have them Thursday morning at 8:00. It would be tight, because practice was over at 8:30 a.m., but again I said ok.

I have ordered now twice from this company and both times its been a bit of a mess. They have an excuse for everything (ie. that person doesnt work here enough, that person works at the other office, your order is too small and we dont do well with small orders... etc etc etc.). If and when you get your final product odds are 1) it will be late and 2) something will be incorrect.

I have not yet received my sweatshirts but James has been so incredibly helpful and patient. The price is right, all emails are returned in a promptly, he is redoing some per changes *I* had to make. It has just been an absolute pleasure dealing with him. They were made in Round Rock, but are being transferred to their Lakeline office to make it easier for me to pick up. I have had a very positive experience and will recommend them wholeheartedly - assuming they look good. :)

My shirts came out great! I needed 10 shirts very quickly and they were done the same day.
I just wish that there was better communication as to which location I could pick the shirts up at. I called the N Austin location, they were done in RR, I went to go pick them up in RR only to find that they had been sent to N Austin.
Besides that, they were great!
