Harold was very helpful even though I had come to them with a service request not quite in their wheelhouse. I have several printing needs on the horizon and would definitely come see these guys to get the job done.

I'm a professional illustrator who has worked with a variety of printers across the country. Since moving to Austin, I've had all my offset printing done at Horizon. Robert is my print rep, and the quality the company can do can't be beat. They have next generation equipment, and have time after time worked with me personally to meet my admittedly ridiculously high standards and give me prices that are more than reasonable. Today I had the pleasure of working with two of their knowledgeable design/production specialists who worked through a problem with me and beat my expectations

Friendly print shop and quality work. Fair prices and they are SUPER SPEEDY on all jobs. They make my life a lot easier whenever I have projects coming up that require print. They even do some small editing on the flyers for me too. I cannot recommend them enough.

Wow ... I had an emergency short-run digital job I needed done for one of my kids: a poster for a class election. My kid suggested FedEx/Kinkos, but I knew it would be expensive. I did a quick search for a local digital or offset printer and found Horizon. I uploaded my PDF and it was automatically checked to be sure it met the specs I had entered with the order. This helped me get the right details. I uploaded twice more getting guided by the online tool. When I was done, they started printing right away. The results were fantastic. I highly recommend these guys!

I called them early in the day to get a quote on a job. I was told that the gentleman I needed to speak to was "in a productions meeting." I was given the impression that I could leave a voicemail for him and he'd get back to me.

I never heard back from him and when I called back I was told that he had already left for the day.

I've decided to take my printing jobs to a more responsive place of business.

Our company placed an order online for 550 postcards, color, double sided. The price was reasonable. The order was ready two days earlier than expected. Horizon is conveniently located, two miles from our office so order pick-up was a breeze, no battling Austin traffic. The printing quality was exactly as we wanted. The customer service was friendly and efficient. Added bonus was the mint from the candy bowl at time of pick up.

We use Horizon for most all our printing needs: complex runs to short digital jobs. They are affordable, do beautiful work and with top notch customer service. Been a loyal fan and a customer for years.

I got three quotes for a complex pocket folder and Horizon was half the price of the other bids. I love these guys.
