The office staff was warm and welcoming! I've haven't been to the dentist in quite some time, however my experience at this office was great. I was able to see the before and after pictures of my teeth cleaning, which I thought was pretty neat! Vicki and Dr. Chen were very friendly and thorough. Highly recommend

I have been meaning to provide a review for a few years now. Quite simply, the most ethical dentists you could ever meet or ask for. How do I know that? He shows you literally everything he can and explains everything he can. That means a lot to me and it should to other people. My wife recently came here for a second opinion and Dr. Chen gave his honest opinion and explained options, which he is consistently good at doing. Her old dentist was embarrassed by his own poor diagnosis which he never even explained to her, because he messed up. To top it off, the technology that they use in office along

While we didn't work with this group (had gotten in with another dentist), they were very quick to respond to my online appointment request. I was literally begging for help for my son who needed wisdom teeth extracted and a root canal as we are on Medicaid, but I was going to pay cash to ensure quality care.
I haven't had a moment to contact them to let them know that we were all set yet. But their immediate response when they opened that day was surprising and reassuring. I will definitely keep them in my contacts for any future needs

20 years of dealing with an eating disorder have caused a few dental problems and being self conscious about my teeth caused me to fear/avoid the dentist for years. My regular doctor requested I get an oral exam and this was close to me so I went in. They were warm and welcoming from the very start, I felt no judgement . Have been going to Align for about 2 years and I cannot say enough good things about them. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Office is clean and modern.Dr. Chen has done a great job with my dental health. He is very professional and explains all procedures thoroughly, while letting you know your options. Have had a couple cavities, crown and bridge done by Dr Chen with no issues. He does excellent work. Wish I would have found him sooner!
