Darrin was very helpful and got my work truck up and running very quickly. My truck was previously at the dealership where it sat for over 2 months - the dealer told me my truck was totalled and/or would be an insane price to repair. This repair shop took over, always kept me informed, and got my truck fully functional in less than a month. Very impressed with their customer service and the quality of the repair.

These guys are great! Very professional but at the same time making me feel like family with good value to boot. If you don’t mind waiting a little bit, it’s worth it in the end. What I liked is the fact that they don’t try to sell you your own socks, they just tell you what you need. Look at it this way…if the county of San Bernardino trusts them with there fire trucks? them I’m willing to do the same.

Finally!!!! A shop that does what they say they're going to do and then actually does it! For anyone who has ever hassled at a mechanic shop, please give Direct Truck a call, they DO NOT dissapoint.
Direct Truck is in a class of its own, this is the most honest, kindest, courteous, hard working, quality group of people I've ever dealt with, everyone from the owners to the absolutely lovely ladies in the front office, Josephine Bertha & Helen. I've been to many mechanic shops in my life and I can say without a doubt this was the best experience / shop so far, not even close!
