Eddie Galindo, owner of Eddie's Auto Care for over 15 years, has been serving the Community of San Bernardino County. Eddie has over 30 years experience in this business. He is a Service Advisor, Certified Smog Technician and Certified Aluminum Welder. He has been married to Irene for over 28 years.

This is the best place to go to in San bernardino Eddie's auto cares about there Raza and about there people just ask for Alfredo he helped me with the best estimate and service for my mazda and now I will be Takeing my truck there to get it fixed and smoged since it is out of state on Tuesday and I have no worries they are always fair straight up and knowledgeable this is my new car spot all three of my cars i will take here the Truck the. Chevy or the mazda doesn't matter they know there stuff and are quick and fair special thanks to Alfredo for explaining to my grandpops and uncle the problem

I was charged for an oil change not needed! I obtained an oil change in August 2021 and i was requested to return becauae of a filter recall. I was disappointed with the customer service. Finally, I believe they utilize dishonest tactics on customers! It's not right to scam your customers. I will not be going back and recommend everyone go else were! Much thanks!

Ray and Eddie are honest and not trying to rip off the customer. They provided me great customer service and saved me thousands of dollars. Told them had a top end issue and instead of taking the money and doing the top end job, they ran there test and called me and said I didn’t need a top end. It was minor overheat parts like a water pump. Thanks for the great price and honesty I will definitely be returning.

I really love these guys, they saved me on a rough heatwave in August of 2020. Thanks to their fantastic expertise, the BMW wagon runs better than ever.
Despite being busy, they were kind and honest about their capacity to help out. It was a surprise and delight to understand that the business owner and son had been kindly helping me out since the start of the day.

First timer at Eddie’s. My visit was based mostly on good Yelp reviews. Before going, I did my own research as far as what could be wrong with my vehicle, since I had heard it was something these cars are know for. It definitely was valve train issues and they broke it down to me from how and why it happens to what is needed and recommended once they take it apart. I also had a chance to meet Eddie when I went back to grab something from my car. He greeted me and asked me which car was mine. When I told him, he reassured me they would take care of me and have it back to me

I had my Subaru head gaskets, timing belt & water pump done at Eddie's several months ago. They did a great job. I live in the mountains & it hasn't overheated going up the 18, even during this bad heatwave. Everyone has been very professional & friendly. Also, Jim told me that my front lower control arms & all 4 struts needed replacing but he said I should be able to do that myself to save some money. So it's not like they were trying to get more money out of me & I appreciate his honesty. I did the suspension stuff & I'm a happy customer.

These guys are awesome, the most professional and courteous group I've ever encountered at a shop. Brought it in for a busted valve which is a big job, they got right to work and had it back in a week. They kept me fully informed with phone calls and emails. I highly recommend Eddie's Auto Care. A year later I had them smog it. Passed without a problem, I was in and out in 15 minutes. I highly recommend Eddie's Auto Care.

Excellent Service first visit needed smog check completed. Walked in greeted immediately, paperwork filled out told there was one car ahead of me (would that be okay), yes. Waited outside due to Covid (brought my own chair) other car finished tested mine done. I have driven past this establishment many times never stopped before if you need car repairs done I would recommend. Oh yes and they were busy and still took time to have a brief conversation.

Wind ripped my door open and bent the frame of my car, Eddie's stayed open waiting for AAA to tow my car to them. Raymond was great and was always on top of things, if he didn't have an answer or price I would hear back from him within an hour. After all the work done I am extremely satisfied but check engine and airbag light came on within 2 days of bringing it home. With there great customer service there won't be any issues checking it out. Highly recommend Eddie's!

I bought my car in San Bernadino and decided to do the paperwork here before I drove back to Long Beach. I had to do a smog so I randomly chose Eddie's. I was greeted by very friendly staff. The wait wss but 15 mins as I was told. Thank you, Raymond, for your help. Smogging my 2012 Nissen Rogue was easy peasy.....

Eddies auto care shop took care of my trucks problem that I took it in for.
Let me know about a few other things I needed to take care of.
Why 3 stars
They said I had a few leaks and that they would send me pics of it to my email address I provided.
They never sent them.
They said they changed my radiators cap but they didn't.
I did go back and they changed it and told me they would send the pics out they just forgot last time.
Well I guess they forgot again.
Mixed feelings about this place.
Let me know about a few other things I needed to take care of.

You're dealing with the best when you pull your car into their shop. They're smart, friendly, honest, efficient, and very fair priced.
There are three things that made me a regular customer. First off, Anthony said that he'd be finished with my Patriot "In about an hour..Hour and a half." Sure enough, the car was done before an hour and a half. I don't know about you, but I can't stand when a mechanic gives you an estimated time, then goes hours and hours over that time.
Secondly, Anthony clearly explained what my car needed. He didn't talk down

It's a good repair shop when your repair has no issues and it's a smooth transaction, but it's an exceptional repair shop when they can take an otherwise troublesome repair and make it into a positive experience for the customer.
It was through no fault of the shop that they received two faulty parts and that I had a deadline to have the car fixed the same day. However, when there were delays they communicated it to me immediately, and I received a discount for my trouble, yet it still got the car on the day I needed it. Thank you Eddie's Auto Care, I'll be back soon
