Carmen first started with State Farm over 20 years ago and has an impressive background with focuses in Business Administration and Risk Management. She has been serving Fauquier County and its surrounding areas of Bealeton, Amissville, Jeffersonton, New Baltimore, Gainesville, Culpeper, Remington, The Plains, Catlett & Nokesville since 2017.
She is a proud member of the Fauquier Chamber of Commerce and is a supporter of many organizations in Fauquier County. Whatever the situation, Carmen Rivera and her staff at State Farm always come through. When purchasing a car on a weekend after hours, we called State Farm, and a staff member "on call" answered the phone cheerfully and responsively. Before we left the car dealer, we had temporary insurance cards in hand and coverage on our new automobile. When our boat engine failed while sailing recently, State Farm took care of promptly paying for the towing charges we incurred. They follow up with us yearly regarding our children's "good student" discounts for insurance, and offer not only excellent coverage
