After taking my home owners insurance through Hottle and Associates, I asked the young lady, I don't have her name convenient at the time, to check my auto insurance to see if she could beat the premium I had. But she never followed up and then I stopped by a week later and left a message and never heard anything. So when it came to renewal to.e I went with a different agent and company. Customer service was 0.

This firm is an absolute disaster. My company had used the firm for years for business insurance, including workers compensation. After we did a review of our program and took bids on the work, we switched firms and moved to a firm that provided better coverage at a lower overall price.
Just after the change, we ended up in a workers comp audit with Erie. Hottle refused to return our phone calls and e-mails asking for assistance with the claim for the period they held the coverage with Erie. They simply walked away leaving our firm to deal with Erie and the workers comp audit adjustment
