Crowns & Bridgework, to replace large amounts of lost tooth structure and/or missing teeth. If you have a life-threatening or severe injury, call 911 or go directly to the nearest hospital emergency room.
All our professionals at Mark A. Eby, D.D.S., P.C. Family Dental Care maintain the highest levels of accreditation and pursue ongoing education to stay abreast of the latest trends in dentistry. He graduated as Salutatorian at Summerfield High, and furthered his education at Monroe county Community College (MCCC) on the Presidential Scholarship.
To ensure your convenience, below is the information you need about our hours, location, appointment scheduling, insurance acceptance and billing. We will be happy to schedule your appointments at a time that is convenient for you. This will reserve a room exclusively for your need that day.
If you're unable to keep your appointment, we ask that you give us at least 24 hour notice so that we can offer this precious time to another patient in need.This allows us to better serve you (our patients). We are able to send out claims for most insurance companies, as long as your Insurance contract does not dictate that you receive your care from a specific office.

First they forgot to call to schedule my 6 month cleaning because they thought I moved. Made an appointment and called this morning to verify the time and was told 10:30am. I show up and his main receptionist was short and said your appointment is at 2 pm. Tried to tell her I just called but she didn’t want to listen. Very disappointed in how I was treated.

My wisdom teeth came in compacted and all Dr Eby would do for me were cleanings. Cleanings that always included chastising me for my lip piercing and occasionally belittling me in front of his nurses.
Now, at under 30yrs old, I have a top and bottom partial I get to wear every day.
Thank you Dr Eby for absolutely nothing but proving how monstrous an individual person can be.
