Pacifica Properties is incompetent, unscrupulous, and a complete fraud. Not only did they not provide a habitable dwelling and avoid fixing it, they wrongfully attempt to evict us twice. And lied in court to do it. Sorry Sherri, the law states that we could lawfully withhold partial rent if there is raw sewage is in the home and you refuse to address it for months on end. And you can't raise the rent within six months of a failed attempt.
We left after two years of harassment, but at a huge cost ($42k) to the owner! They should be stripped of their real estate license.

Pacifica properties is horrible. A woman by the name oh a sherry calls my family and I on a Sunday afternoon to tell us the owner is selling the house. She did not provide anything in writing until almost two weeks later. We have been renting this property for 5 years. It was previously managed to a different company. We are in the process of finding somewhere else to live. They requested a rental verification and Sherry lies stating we have only lived here for 2 years. Would rate 0 stars if possible. Sherry is very unprofessional as well as rude! My parents have had multiple issues with this company. 2x in the last 2yrs they have neglected to keep track of the yard and maintenance on our property which in turn cost THOUSANDS out of our pocket to fix. She took Zero accountability and blamed my parents for "not checking their statement" Excuse me..... that is what we pay HER for! My grandparents house (yard) was destroyed....the back yard looked like a jungle and this time she neglected to pay the gardener for a YEAR's worth of service! Think

Sherry, why'd you have to no-show and then tell me I talked to you confirming another day? You took a lot of time out of our work while we waited around over nearly two hours to see this house before you let us know the code and told me this story. We found the whole experience unprofessional, it put us off the house completely. Just not very considerate. I don't usually review negatively but this was pretty egregious, sorry.

I was a previous tenant there at one time I was really looking forward to my residency there it was a nice place until a couple months later there was flooding damaging my things this didn't happen just once it happened twice they're building and convenience me and I was treated as I was doing something when they just needed to take care of their building not once but twice this is happened to me at this place there's mold in the walls behind the outlets they say there a non-smoking Community but that isn't true everyone there is smoking something there's a lot of homeless

My Wife, Son and I have been renting a house since 10-27-17. So far it has been a pleasant experience. They responded quickly to a maintenance request, they let me know the trees in the front yard were going to be trimmed with a 24 hour notice. The house was built in the 1050's, but it has been upgraded by the owners that lived there many years. Not sure the 2 or 3 current reviews are accurate, may be speaking of a different company. I did not know they manage property out of Ca. I find it odd, 2-1 star reviews by 2 people in the last couple months that left no text of why they rated 1 star. Surprised

I have rented a home from Pacifica Properties since 2013. The staff has been the greatest at meeting my needs and expectations since day one. I was able to rent the property while on vacation outside of the country and take possession when I returned. Any maintenance issue has been done on a timely basis. The gardeners and pool staff that maintain my home are all top notch. If one is looking to rent in the Sacramento area this is the place to start. They are number one.

The Pacifica Property, Hampton Inn & Suites in Salt Lake City (SLCHS) by the Airport is exposing your credit card information if you stay there. After being employed there for 4 months I've decided to speak up. Hampton's General Manager & Front Desk Manager has allowed employees to hand write guest's credit card information on paper and simply place them in a regular trash can. They also allow employees to place credit card information in the notes of the system where it is not secure and anyone looking can write it down. It's against PCI compliance. They put all of its guests at high risk for

I was a tenant for 3 years, just recently moved out this month, October 2017. Nothing but great things to say about this property management. Everyone is very helpful when a question happened to come up. I would have loved to stay with them, the only thing that stopped me, was a growing family! LOL Otherwise, I would have loved to stay with them. Never once did I have an issue with them, or their property. Online rent payments is a huge plus. You're able to pay with check, or credit card. Which if you have a rewards credit card, can be very very rewarding, as it was in my case :) Definitely

My husband and my daughter have been living in their Fairview court location for over 4 years now, this property has been sold twice in the time they have lived in this location. Since July Pacifica Properties has owned this location and has treated like a slum. No maintenance when asked for due to upstairs unit flooding, no dryer maintenance (2 dryers for a 16 unit complex, one just tumbles clothes with no heat,) broken fence slats, and thats thats just the beginning. The people who have done maintenance on the unit next to us don't seem to know what they were doing, they had to come 4 times to

I have been a tenant of a Pacifica Properties apartment for 17 years and in all those years have had nothing but great, positive, competent interactions with them.
Last year they added a rent portal that we can access online any time to leave maintenance requests and auto pay our rent monthly. They seem to go out of their way to make interactions with them easier but even when you do have to call them for something they either answer the call immediately or return it promptly.

Zero stars. Absolutely the worst place I've ever rented from. Horrible service and rude employees. Just dealing with them was too much stress that, even though I know I probably would have won in court if I had followed through, I considered it a loss because I just couldn't imagine having to deal with them for any longer.

I have called this agency about 8 times for over a week and NOT ONCE have I ever got a call back. The ad says to call their line to schedule a viewing, but what's the point when the person in charge is impossible to get a hold of. The listing still says the house I want to rent is available but at this point i've given up. Good luck to anyone trying to get a hold of someone. Most likely they'll just get your number down and give you that crap about "someone will call you back within 24 hours". Well from my experience its all LIES!!!

Now that the listing is not on their website anymore, i'd imagine it was rented...which is fine...but, after 4 messages, a call back would be appreciated.

Beware of these guys. We were the first ones to fill out an application for one of their properties, they made us wait 2 weeks and then told us we met all their qualifications for the rental but, because its in a "nicer neighborhood", we were told they decided to rent to someone with "better credit". However they said they would love to rent any other property to us. They just wanted to make as much money as they could off the applicants!
