Greg and company have been incredibly responsive to changing conditions and my needs as a client. It really does feel like you have a team working with you and with your best interests in mind. This project could have gone sideways multiple times but because of Greg's expertise and knowledge we avoided several pitfalls. I can't recommend Capital Rivers Commercial enough!

I contacted Greg to get an assessment of the value of a commercial property in the year that I inherited upon the death of my father in order to get a basis for tax purposes. I offered to pay him for his time but he informed me that this something they do not charge for. Greg was able to help with my request in a timely manner. I heard their ad on the radio and wasn't sure what I would get from a "free consult," but I am very happy to share that Greg was great! He was very quick to respond with a detailed message and followed up with a phone call too. I did not feel rushed or pressured, rather I felt he was genuinely helpful. Ryan Orn who is absolutely the most easy going, trust worthy and not to mention fun to work with . Who would think looking for a new Retail space would actually be fun. This was my second time using him to find a new location and expand our business. He made the process of finding our space for our shop easy and got me in at a great rate!
