Dr. Mark Vigneri is a native of Casper Wyoming. He grauduated from Natrona County High School in 1996. He then attended Regis University and attained a BS in Biology in 2001. He worked as a Dental Assistant in Denver for one year before being accepted to Creighton University School of Dentistry where he graduated in 2006.

My family and I have been going to River Rock Dental for general dental care for several years now. Dr. Vigneri and the staff are friendly and welcoming, the hygienists always do a thorough job, and Dr. Vigneri takes the time to explain his findings and treatments. All of the equipment is state-of-the-art and modern, and the office is clean and inviting. Definitely recommended!

Michelle the lady who does billing is very dishonest ,she called me every week to get me in for a crown and I told her I would as soon as my insurance would pay half , so she lied to me after 6 months and told me they would and then turned me in to collections for work that could have waited

As with many people I have an extreme fear of dental work. Needless to say I rarely went and now I pay the price with tons of work needed. My boss told me about River Rock and I made the call. I have found the perfect staff and Dentist for myself and my husband. Professional staff, very friendly and understanding of my fear. And they bend over backwards to help as well as giving options to work with. I like their honesty and relaxing environment. Highly recommended!

I don't recommend this office for dental work. First off their prices are some 20-30% higher than the other Casper area dentists. Dr. Vigneri has always made me feel weird/uncomfortable. Seems like he is always making comments that are inappropriate and have you thinking "Why did he say that"? When he made an off-hand comment about my kids it made my mind up to never go back. This also probably has something to do with the high turnover rate of hygenists.
