Collections arising from commercial transactions are the core area of our practice. These include claims for goods or services, claims arising from commercial loan transactions, commercial insurance premium collections as well as claims arising from all other business related debt. Claims arising from construction require specialized expertise.

Superior Courts sit in each of New Hampshire's ten counties. Hillsborough County, being the most populous, is divided into Northern and Southern Districts, with separate Superior Courts in each. Each of the other nine counties has one facility, usually at or near the County seat. Superior Courts have general jurisdiction over a wide variety of legal matters.

I had barely a two minute conversation with a man who not only wouldn't speak up, gave me an unprofessional attitude, didn't seem like he wanted to be having this conversation. When I asked from where was he calling, as I didn't hear him and didn't recognize the firm--very sarcastically informed me they were a law firm.
The level of unprofessionalism when I corrected him for calling me ma'am, and for asking him to speak up--honestly I'm appalled and will be contacting someone higher up. Do better.

I honestly will say, Jay Niederman is a decent attorney. Compassionate as well! He accepted a low monthly payment on a long outstanding credit card balance for my son. My son had an unfortunate medical incident and could not pay his obligation for quite a few months, he was understanding to that as well. We all have a job to do, keep in mind he is representing a client so he is doing his job well. I am sure he has heard every excuse in the book for someone not being able to pay. My son was treated with respect in court. If I had to hire an attorney he certainly would be one of the top on the list

Atty Niedermayer was the most disrespectful unprofessional I ever had to deal with. He spoke so down on me as I was nothing but wanting everything and all. Than calling his more unprofessional secretary Theresa where her only words known is ummmm an and. It must be about there appearance and not there professionalism. They need to go back to school and not just worry about collecting so they can go clothes shopping. Could not and would not recommend this firm unless you want to be treated like a non human or an abused human or abused animal.

I never leave negative reviews. So this is saying something. In my honest opinion, and after my dealings with them, I would not and cannot recommend them. I'm too afraid to leave any detailed information on "why" and "what happened" because that could, in turn, be used as identifying markers and, well, they are attorneys. Although I have a right to my opinion, I fear their backlash.
