You talk about many things with your loved ones: from day-to-day details to big events. Sharing stories with those who matter most isn't just important today; it will be especially significant when it's time to honor and commemorate your lives. Meaningful memorialization starts when loved ones talk about what matters most: memories made, lessons learned and how they hope to be remembered.
Most of us are not prepared to plan and carry out a funeral ceremony for someone we love. And so much of the information available on this critically important subject fails to focus on what is most important: having a personalized, meaningful funeral that helps families and friends begin the healing process of mourning after the death of someone we love.

First by returning phone calls, second by telling the truth, not quite the professional they should be.the family was supposed to get her personal things returned, blanket included.then said it went with her, wrong it it illegal to burn anything with the body.further more we got prayer cards instead of what was ordered only got 2 of the 4 certificate s ordered then had to wait an additional 45 minutes for 2 more certificate and the wrong cards.we the family were very upset and devastated by their actions in the whole situation
