Kairys Properties is fantastic. Ted, Jen, and the maintenance guys are all wonderful. Ted's properties are clean, well-kept, and come with great appliances. I would highly recommend renting from Kairys Properites. I am currently renting from another property (only because - unfortunately - Ted had no one bedrooms available) and am so disappointed by the quality of the apartment and the management in comparison to what I received when renting from Kairys Properties. You'll find that the higher prices are so worth it!
