North Side Animal Clinic has been my family’s vet for the last 15+ years. They’ve seen all of our dogs. When we put our German Shepherd down this year, they were there through it. Very sweet and empathetic. We received a thoughtful card in the mail afterwards. Something little, but a nice touch to the process. Dr. Oakley saw our new Shepherd. She is always so pleasant and caring. She was made to be in this profession. Thanks Dr. Oakley and North Side :-)

Everything that could be possibly wrong with this places staff is absolutely abhorrent. They lie to my face about answering a call from me and charged me the wrong prices even though I have proof of them telling me what the price was and refused to give me the time of day and just tried to get me out the door.
