Hired Mr. Glynn to build a house. Once completed, realized that two slider doors were not installed correctly (both panels moved instead of one, and doors were not level and would not open and close correctly). In addition, deck off the house was not level and he used multiple pieces of lumber as a post instead of one piece. He also did not use tension ties on the deck (which has been Code for many years). This resulted in the building inspector not authorizing the occupancy permit. I tried for 3 months to get him back to fix but kept getting the cold shoulder. So, he either does not know how to
