My dad was an emergency room doctor who always made me feel so safe and taken care of. I started college as a pre-med major, thinking I'd follow in his footsteps. That was the case until I was hit by a Ford F-150 that ran a red light; all my plans changed. The medical doctors told me I'd need hip and knee surgery.

A very disappointing experience. Predatory tactics. 0ne star because one star is required to post this.
I’d be very careful before signing anything at this office. I’d take a break, and think about it.
In retrospect I wish I had.
This experience taught me a lesson about high-pressure sales tactics, and how one can be manipulated into signing something. These are professionals, but not the way one might think.

Dr.Britton is a miracle worker. This guy understands the body and how it functions. Never had a more hands on and concerned doctor. If half the doctors cared about patients as much as this guy then our Healthcare system would be 2nd to none. He truly cares and is extremely well educated in his field. After 3 years I have never met a more qualified doctor then Dr. Britton

I have been getting treatment for my lower back issues and meniscus issues for several months. The staff here are so professional and dedicated and are genuinely trying to improve whatever your injury and are willing to try numerous treatments to that end. My back and Knee were particularly stubborn and i was starting to become disappointed but I stuck with the treatments and Dr. Britton added additional treatments and I have turned a corner and am feeling so much better. I am moving more like my old self. I haven’t started working out at the gym yet but I think that is the next thing I will

Really appreciated the time Doc spent with me. As an ex athlete I have numerous doctors inject me, cover injuries with proverbial bandaid solutions but docs approach is different, it makes sense. Comes fro. A neurological perspective. My back and my knees are shot...he's getting me better, healthier and stronger

This review is long overdue, but I love it here. I’ve been going since March and have had way better results than another chiropractor I was seeing. I’d say I’m about 80% better since my car accident several months ago. First and foremost, Dr. Britton worked with NFL players and has advanced equipment they would use that I’ve never seen before .. so it’s nice having access to an experience like this. He and Dr. Mike have such chill demeanors, before coming here I thought all chiropractors were just big scary people.. I’m so grateful for their expertise, I always look forward to getting

I saw West LA’s ad on social media. I am more of a “word of mouth” person when it comes to choosing physicians; but they had a really good introductory deal going on. I figured I would give them a try.
I found them to be very honest and straightforward with their diagnosis of my knee and back pain. While some of their costs are pricey for my budget, my healing process has been 110% worth the money.
I have gone from a 10+ pain level to mostly 0. When I am not at a 0 pain level, I have learned stretching and work out tools to instantly work through my pain.

I never wanted to accept the Dr's theory of you lived your best life. With west medical they help me to believe my best is yet to come. The staff presence is welcoming and how can I help you...they don't just focus on the issue (s)
