Our office is located in Lampasas, TX providing dentistry for children, teens, and adults in a warm and caring environment. Dr. Felkner graduated with high honors from The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio School of Dentistry in 2014. While in dental school, he received several scholarship, performance, and leadership awards. He then completed a post-doctoral Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency in San Antonio.

Our goal is for patients to have excellent dental function and aesthetics for their entire lives without excessive treatment or expense. Because we know that different individuals have different dental needs, we refuse to accept the "one size fits all" approach to dentistry; we offer several treatment options wherever possible, and we will be happy to discuss the costs and benefits of each option with you to ensure personalized dental care.
We're happy to help you out! Please bring your insurance card and contact your previous provider to have recent xrays and other records forwarded to us. We provide direct billing to almost all dental insurance companies and will do our best to help you maximize your dental benefits. We are not "in network" with any dental insurance plan.
Do not rinse, spit, use straws, or use tobacco the day of surgery. For several days after surgery, rinse with a glass of warm water mixed with one teaspoon of salt five times a day. If swelling and discomfort worsens after the 2nd day following surgery or a foul taste, fever or difficulty swallowing develop contact us immediately.

Called to schedule a cleaning for my husband. When he got teeth cleaned, they insisted on x-rays and an exam. He waited for an hour and a half to see dentist to get exam that he didn't request but finally had to leave for a meeting. They even asked us to stay another 20 minutes in addition. We were told he broke the law by leaving. Then we received a bill for services that we did not request. When I called to resolve (I was actually going to just pay it anyway) I was told by Torie that they would not take my payment over the phone and that I would have to come into the office. I am filing a complaint

Great place. I love how they make you feel like an old friend... like this is where you belong. I was used to Dr. Leavell but these to brothers are simply awesome. I needed my partial adjusted and even though they did not make it they helped me. I was given great advice not so much what I wanted to hear but the truth is always a delight to me. I do not care how bad it is the truth is what I want. It seems that my guns are thin... not enough skin on my bone and this is one factor that contributes to my discomfort.
I really like this office and they will be my forever dental place. I highly recommend

Everyone at Lampasas Dental Center has been professional, courteous, kind, helpful and friendly. My husband and I have had extensive dental work done there in the last 12 months and we are so happy to have found Dr Felkner and his staff. The absolute best dental experience I've ever had before. Dr Leavell doesn't believe in letting his patients have pain so he has a technique that prevents any pain at all. That Rita knows how to clean those teeth so when you walk out of there you have a happy mouth. Can't forget about Sheila. She runs that office with ease and will work with you when scheduling your appt's so that it is convenient to you. What more can I say. They are the best at Lampasas Dental Center. I would never go anywhere else.

The dentist I had been seeing (out of town) retired - so, time for someone new. LDC was recommended by several coworkers, so I took a chance. I had a great experience. Torie worked with my schedule to find the right day and time for me. she informed me up front that registration would be faster if I downloaded the medical forms and prefilled them out. I did, and when the day came the registration process was simple: I signed 1 sheet of paper and she made a copy of my insurance card. Done. Was in the lobby waiting to go back, 3 min. Natalie and Rita did the X-Rays and cleaning. They were

Had 8am Monday appointment. Everyone on time and super friendly and cheerful. Brooke did the set- up and x-rays; Rita did a thorough cleaning and Dr. Leavell gave a thorough check of my teeth. I was done in 30 minutes and on the way. All friendly and professional. Been using the clinic for at least 30 years; have never had a bad experience.
